Energy Plus Dairy Feeds

Otter Co-op manufactures a complete selection of feeds designed to meet the rigorous demands of today's high producing dairy cow. Utilizing quality grains and a wide variety of protein sources that provide a complete range of protein and carbohydrate solubility, we can design rations specific to each and every herd. Ration analysis conducted on the D.R.S. III computer ration analysis program from Agri Data Systems of Phoenix, Arizona allows Otter Co-op Dairy Service Representatives to fine-tune each client's feeding program.

Dairy feeds are manufactured in mash, pelleted and textured forms to meet the needs of all management systems. Our Energy Plus Textured Dairy Rations are state-of-the-art formulations, while our Blend-A-Text rations provide solid, basic nutrition for the economy-minded producer. All formulations are also available in pellets if required.

Energy Plus P-B-F Silage Extender Mashes (Protein-Bypass Protein-Fat) are available in a wide variety of formulations. From the basic 16-20-3.5 Mash (16% Crude Protein, 20% Bypass Protein and 3.5% Fat) to the top of the line 18-35-10 (18% Crude Protein, 35% Bypass Protein and 10% Fat) there is a product to meet every need. Custom silage extender mashes can be formulated to match any requirement.

In addition to the rations listed above, Otter Co-op also manufactures high quality textured Calf Starter Rations, Veal Starter, Grower Rations and rations for growing and finishing Beef type cattle. Also available are textured and pelleted feeds for Sheep, Llama and Goats.

The Otter Co-op Feed Department stocks a complete line of milk replacers, minerals and salt sources for livestock from leading Canadian manufacturers.
